Transmission & clutch
Slipping, grinding, hard shifts and clutch chatter. We service manual, automated and auto-shift transmissions, and replace clutches with the driveline work done properly the first time.
Electrical & diagnostics
Dash lights, derates, no-starts, charging faults and wiring gremlins. We pull the codes, then actually trace the circuit so the fault is fixed rather than reset.
Preventive maintenance
Oil and filter service, fluids, greasing, belts, hoses and full multi-point inspections on a schedule that suits how hard your truck works. The cheapest repair is the one you never need.
Brakes
Full air brake system service including shoes and relines, drums and rotors, chambers, slack adjusters and air lines. Done to inspection standard, every time.
DPF & emissions
Emissions systems cause more downtime than almost anything else on a modern truck. We handle DPF cleaning and forced regens, DEF and SCR faults, sensors and aftertreatment diagnostics to get you out of derate and back to work.
Suspension & steering
Wandering steering, uneven tyre wear, harsh ride and air leaks. We service air suspension, springs, shocks, bushings, kingpins and steering components on heavy trucks and trailers.
CVIP & commercial inspection
We carry out CVIP and commercial inspections and, where work is needed to pass, we can do the repairs in-house rather than sending you across town. Book ahead so we can slot you in without a long wait.
Trailer repair
Your trailer is half the rig and gets half the attention. We handle trailer brakes, wiring and lights, suspension, landing gear, doors and structural repair.
Welding & fabrication
Cracked frames, broken mounts, exhaust work, brackets and custom one-offs. When the part is discontinued or nothing off the shelf fits, we make it fit.
